Large tiny living with easy access to double mezzanines

With all the awesome features of our Pohutukawa design, but with a standing height bridge to access both mezzanines instead of the ladder. Great for families or people who are not comfortable with a ladder but looking for more space than the single level homes allow. Storage drawers are located in the stairs and accessible from inside the Tiny House, while additional storage space is accessed by a rear exterior door. An additional bathroom back door can also be added, see image below.

  • Measurements: 3m W x 8m L x 4.3m H – 32msq internal

  • Double mezzanine

  • One mezzanine has a standing height platform and easy access storage stairs which lead to the bridge.

  • King, queen, double or single bed configurations available.

  • Can sleep up to 6 with the use of the fold out sofa bed

  • Second Mezzanine can either be an office, TV/Games lounge, storage or additional bedroom.

  • Full kitchen including; dish drawer, oven/microwave, hob, range hood, sink, fridge/freezer, overhead and under bench cupboards and drawers and pantry. Wrap around kitchen option available as shown in the 3D plans and some photos below.

  • Dining area

  • Large living space that leads through French doors to outdoor living

  • Storage area behind the stairs, accessed by a rear entry door

  • Washing machine and bench, with lift up laundry basket area

  • Bathroom with full 900×900 shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rail.

  • The exterior features a mono pitch roof to increase head room on the mezzanines.

  • You can select how many windows to suit your site and lifestyle.

  • Weathertex, Paliside, Corrugated cladding (option of Cedar features) and 5-rib roof complete the modern New Zealand aesthetic for this versatile Tiny House design.
